Tolt River Terrace - Carnation, WA

Description

This project includes the proposed subdivision of the approximately 33.75- acre property into 114 single family residential lots, as well as 19 multifamily units. Included in the proposal are new public roads and 9 tracts that will be accessed via two points on the east side of Tolt Avenue/ State Route 203. One entrance will be north of Eastside Fire and Rescue Station 85, and one will be to the south of the fire station. As part of this project, Site-Specific Rezone will occur. Light Industrial/Manufacturing (LI/M) and Service Commercial (SC) property will be zoned as Residential 12 (R12).

Lane Closure Information

Due to utility and frontage improvements, there will be a one-lane closure on HWY 203/Tolt Avenue periodically throughout 2023 and early 2024. Traffic Control will be provided by Northwest Construction. Updates will be posted on the City of Carnation's website and Facebook page with dates of lane closures or lane shifts.
