The City of Carnation is accepting applications for an Association of Washington Cities (AWC) Center for Quality Communities (CQC) Scholarship!
The CQC will award up to four $3,000 scholarships in Spring 2026 to graduating high school seniors who are active in leadership in their city government, community, or school and plan to pursue higher education.
The City will nominate one (1) Carnation resident to be considered.
