Permit Application Forms

Completed applications should be emailed to permits@carnationwa.gov OR mailed/delivered to Carnation City Hall: P.O. Box 1238 (4621 Tolt Avenue), Carnation, WA 98014. Duplicate copies are not required.

Note: All contractors and subcontractors need to provide a copy of their business license with Carnation endorsement with their permit application. You can apply for a Carnation endorsement on your business license here.

The 2021 Washington State Building Code is based on the International Building Code 2021 (IBC 2021) with amendments and additions. The City of Carnation has adopted the current edition of the International Building Code.
