Passports
The City of Carnation is now processing passports!
ANNOUNCEMENT:
Carnation City Hall will have reduced passport hours on Thursday, August 28th. Passport hours will be from 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM that day. Regular passport hours will resume Friday, August 29th.
The City of Carnation will be closed on Monday, September 1st in observation of Labor Day. Passport applications will not be accepted on this date. Regular passport hours will resume Tuesday, September 2nd.
Please read all of the information below before your visit:
Carnation City Hall (4621 Tolt Avenue Carnation, WA 98014) is a drop-in facility operated on a first-come first-served basis. Drop-in hours are as follows:
- Monday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Wednesday: No Passport Services
- Thursday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
The City of Carnation processes routine United States DS-11 Passport applications. DS-11 forms are used for Children’s passports, first-time adult passports, and special renewals (passports issued more than 15 years ago and lost or stolen passports). Please note that the standard adult renewal (DS-82 form) is mail-in only and we do not process them at our facility.
