Milwaukee Avenue Overlay

Approximate Cost: $600,000

This project consists of overlaying the existing street of Milwaukee Avenue. The process first mills the existing top layer of street, meaning it is ground down 2-3 inches, then is resurfaced with new asphalt. This method ensures that the asphalt does not build up, along with complying to the current street standards.
