1) CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Adair Hawkins

2) PUBLIC COMMENT & REQUESTS: Public comment on meeting items or other issues of note or concern. Individual comments shall be limited to three minutes. Group comments shall be limited to five minutes.

3) EXECUTIVE SESSION: RCW 42.30.110 (h) To evaluate the qualifications of a candidate for appointment to elective office. However, any interview of such candidate and final action appointing a candidate to elective office shall be in a meeting open to the public
