Comprehensive Plan – 2024
Welcome to the 2024 Comprehensive Plan periodic update. The following elements have been approved by City Council and submitted to the State: Capital Facilities, Utilities and Transportation. Housing and Land Use Elements will come before the City Council for approval on December 16, 2025. Upon approval, they will be submitted to the State.
