City-Wide Seal Coat

Approximate Cost: $180,000

This project includes construction of seal coat pavement preservation treatment on five road segments within the City of Carnation, for an approximate 0.8 miles of roadway. The five segments include:

West Bird Street (Stewart Street to Stephens Avenue)
Commercial Street (Stephens Avenue to Tolt Avenue)
Commercial Street (Tolt Avenue to Entwistle Street)
Stephens Avenue (Morrison Street to Entwistle Street)
Stewart Avenue (Commercial Street to Entwistle Street)

Work will take place on the following days:

September 3, 2025
September 4, 2025
September 8, 2025
September 12, 2025

Schedule is weather dependent and subject to change. “No Parking” Signs will be posted ahead of work dates.
