85 Degrees
Description:
The 85 Degrees project will be spread over 14 buildings with nine live/work units and 34 townhouses along Tolt Avenue. Upon the completion of this project, 43 new multi-family residential dwellings will be built between Eugene St and Myrtle St. Associated development will include frontage improvements along, public streets, open space, parking, pedestrian infrastructure and new interior access roads.
Lane and Sidewalk Closures:
Due to frontage and utility improvements, there will be periodic lane and sidewalk closures and shifts throughout 2023 and early 2024. Updates will be posted on the City of Carnation's website and Facebook page.
